THEMATIC SYMPOSIUM PAPER SUBMISSION
General conditions to register a paper in a Thematic Symposium
To submit a paper in a Thematic Symposium you must be at least a graduate.
The registration for the presentation of papers in Thematic Symposiums will be done using the appropriate form, between June 25 and November 5, 2023.
Observations
- In case of co-authorship, both author and co-author must be registered in the event.
- Authors of communications may submit only one paper, either as author and/or co-author.
- The co-authors, when advisors, must register their institutional scope orientation.
- The papers approved for the Thematic Symposia must be presented in person by the author and/or co-author. In case of manifest, unforeseen and proven impediment, a replacement must be presented to the Organizing Committee in due time (up to 10 days before the beginning of the event), which will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis, making a final decision on it.
Observation
- After approval of the paper by the Thematic Symposia Coordinators, the author(s) will receive a letter of acceptance as of December 10, 2023, at which time they must confirm their registration by paying the respective fee.
